ToS

Terms Of Service:

1. Ignorance of ToS does not exempt you from following it.2.1. I have the right to refuse a commission without giving a reason.2.2. By beeing rude and unpleasant, I have the right to cancel the commision.3. Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from my art. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.4. You are allowed to use your order for non-commercial purposes only unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.5. If you're going to share my work, please always credit me.6. No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token).7. I strictly prohibit usage of my art for AI learning.8. As the artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, unless otherwise accorded with the client.9. Arts with characters that don't have any visual references - reference sheets or good quality "reference-like" art - can cost more.10. I reserve the right to interpret your character, like tweaking colours a bit etc, just to fit my style, light and theme of the painted scene. Of course, I’ll not change its design as much, to make it not recognisable.11. Commissions are not first come first serve.

Process And Payment:

1. You can request 3 changes at the sketch stage, 1 at the lineart stage. Any other changes will require an additional charge.2. Payment only by Blik or PayPal. Payments via PayPal have added a 5% fee. If the commissioner will fail to pay or in case of scam/fraud you will be automatically blacklisted.3. You must pay at least half of the price after accepting the sketch and the rest after the commission is done. You can pay the full price after the sketch was accepted.4. I do not accept refunds after accepting the lineart.5. The commission price can change based on the character design and the difficulty of the order.6. Please, describe your preferences or what you'd like to get more concrete, it will save your and my time as well.8. By not responding to me and accepting the wip stages, you're only prolonging the wait time.9. Turnaround time always depends of my current queue and how many people there! The max waiting time is up to two months after the sketch. I usualy finish the commissions faster.

I won't draw:

➤ NSFW
➤ Kinks, fetishes etc.
➤ Pregnancy, toddlers & babies.
➤ Complicated backgrounds.

Adopts tos:

1. Do not sell the character for a higher price without additional art.2. You may edit or change the design to your liking but keep it recognizable. But you may not do that on the provided file.3. You must credit me as the original designer.4.The characters created on toyhosue must stay there and can be rehomed to other toyhouse users.5. Do NOT give my designs to people on my blacklist. This will result in you being on the black list too.6. I'm not doing holds on adopts, unless it's traded for art7. If you own one of my design and you decided to sale it, please, let me know! Or let me know who are the new owner (if they don't have a toyhouse). I want to keep my eye for all designs that I made, thank you!
